It was a top selection for a speedy visit in Dunkirk with decent value for money. The food at Windjammers was tasty, especially the flatbread veggie pizza. Try to catch a live band at the hotel for a nice time.

Comfortable beds, pleasant linens, enjoyed the excellent dinner at the on-site restaurant which was outstanding and had great service, while the location is convenient with easy access to attractions just a short drive from the nearest airport.

We had a lovely stay with my mum! The staff were super friendly and welcoming. Our room was clean, and we appreciated the comfort of the beds. Plus, being just a few feet from the lake made for a truly peaceful retreat for our family.

our stay at clarion was a bit of a mixed bag. the bar and restaurant were highlights for us! our server was fantastic and really knew the menu, ensuring we had a great experience. the views by lake erie were beautiful, and we enjoyed the heated outdoor pool and breakfast. the staff was super helpful throughout our stay.

The room was decent but felt a bit outdated. The view of Lake Erie was really nice, though! The beds were comfy, and I slept well. Bathroom had good water pressure, but the heating system was a bit wonky—didn't always respond. Overall, it did the job for a quick stay.

My stay at the Clarion was enjoyable, mainly due to the scenic location on Lake Erie and the pleasant, helpful staff. The room was clean and the air conditioning worked well. I particularly appreciated the delicious buffet-style breakfast, including fresh scrambled eggs and a make-your-own pancake station, all with a beautiful view of the lake.

Some furnishings were outdated, and the hotel could benefit from better maintenance.

The dining scene near the Clarion is lit! Taqueria Mexicana serves some killer tacos just a hop away, and Catch 18 Seafood had the freshest catches that made my taste buds dance. Also, the staff were super friendly and the location right by Lake Erie was a definite plus!

But lemme tell you, the pool was closed during my stay, which was a bummer, and the breakfast left much to be desired. Thin bacon and questionable eggs? Not the vibe I was aiming for.
